Heart School is a non-profit community where we explore the depths of the heart together. Through practices like Heart Dance and Heart Meditation, we open ourselves - and each other - to joy that doesn't depend on anything outside us.

You know how 'they' say "You can't love anyone else until you love yourself"? And you know how everyone just knows this to be true? And yet, you look around at all the suffering even the sweetest people go through on a daily basis. I think most people only scratch the surface of self love. We created Heart School to experience the depths of your own heart. It's forever-deep, so we have some work to do!"~ Ryan, Co-founder of Heart School Community
We begin with a short meditation. Then a short talk about the way to happiness, stillness and awareness, followed by a slightly longer meditation. You may ask questions after class if you like.
Heart Dance is your invitation to move from your true center, the Light of who you are. Shed a lifetime of self-doubt and caring what others think. Be You, perhaps for the first time. This class is designed to support you in becoming a new, powerful, self-loving version of you through dance and authentic movement. The word 'dance' may not be helpful for you. We have so many ideas around how to dance in a way that is pleasing to the eyes of other people. There is a place in life for that kind of dance; however, in this class, we simply have a different intent. We want to tap into True Self, let go of ego, and move as our spirit guides us.
At Heart School, we believe learning and growth are most powerful when shared together. Our classes are guided by compassion, curiosity, and the spirit of community—welcoming people of all backgrounds and experiences. We offer a sliding-scale approach to make participation accessible for everyone, because we know that the value of connection and growth can’t be measured in dollars alone.Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning as a friend, you’ll find a supportive space to learn, practice, and belong.
